The Calendar for the event is as follows:

Saturday, February 27th 10:00 am - 12:00 noon
Deliver all entries to University of Texas at Dallas - Visual Arts Building, located at University Parkway and Campbell Road. Enter the campus at University Parkway west of Floyd Road. Sunday, February 28th 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Pick up unaccepted works. Storage of unaccepted works is not available.

Saturday, March 21st 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Awards Reception for students, families, teachers and the general public. Presentation of Awards will be at 3:30.
